Planning a luxury group retreat comes down to three things: location, group size, and level of service.
For most high-end retreats, expect to pay £2,500 to £7,000 per person for 3 to 5 nights. This usually covers accommodation, meals, and some curated experiences.
At around £2,500 to £3,500 per person, you get a good property, solid service, and standard inclusions like breakfast and a few activities. This suits relaxed group trips without a strict schedule.
From £4,000 to £5,500 per person, the level improves. You start seeing private villas or top-tier hotels, dedicated staff, scheduled experiences, and better dining. Transfers and some private activities are often included.
Above £6,000 per person, the trip is fully managed. Private chefs, chauffeurs, tailored itineraries, and exclusive access are typically included. The experience is built around your group.
Location affects pricing. Places like Greece, Italy, and the South of France sit in the mid to high range during summer. More remote or exclusive destinations cost more due to logistics and limited supply.
Group size also plays a role. Larger groups can reduce the cost per person when sharing villas and services. Smaller groups usually pay more for the same level of privacy and service.
What’s included matters more than the price itself. Some retreats include meals, activities, transport, and support. Others charge for these separately. Two trips at the same price can feel very different depending on what is included.
Flights are usually not included. Extra dining, events, and last-minute changes may also sit outside the base cost.
Before booking, check what is covered, what is optional, and who is managing the trip during your stay.
